Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using ZipVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not download, access, or use the app.
License
ZipVault is provided free of charge. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the software on any Mac that you own or control. This licence does not constitute a sale — the developer retains all intellectual property rights in the software.
Disclaimer of Warranties
ZipVault is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including but not limited to loss of data, file corruption, loss of profits, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, ZipVault, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. You use the software entirely at your own risk.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the contents of any archives you create and for remembering any passwords you set. ZipVault cannot recover lost passwords.
No Guaranteed Support
Support, bug fixes, and updates are provided at the developer's sole discretion. There is no obligation to maintain, update, or provide technical assistance for the software.
Acceptable Use
You may use ZipVault for personal and lawful purposes only. You may not redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software or any part of it.
Termination
The developer may revoke this licence or discontinue distribution of ZipVault at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination you must delete all copies of the software in your possession.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of ZipVault after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
